The Nybus MCCB Chassis is designed and developed to take multiple brands of MCCB’s with ratings up to 630 and 800 Amp.

Nylec offers a wide range of individual encapsulated chassis. The entire range is designed and manufactured in Australia, providing industry leading reliability in tough conditions for commercial and industrial applications.


  • The NYBUS 630/800 Amp encapsulated chassis is designed to fit a range of circuit breakers width ’s including 76.2mm, 81mm, 90mm and 105mm.
  • The NYBUS encapsulated chassis can be mounted for top feed connection or bottom feed connection with the reversing of the label placement as shown in the images.
  • Mount the chassis to the preferred orientation and fit the labels accordingly.
  • The NYBUS encapsulated chassis is available in Single Sided options (Left or Right) in both Top/Bottom Feed (TF/BF) or Dual Feed (DF). 
  • In the growing market to segregate light and power the NYBUS Chassis can be ordered as a customized split chassis.
  • By removing the end plates of a standard TF/BF chassis, the TF and BF chassis’ can be combined on a single pan to produced a single split chassis. Shown here is two 12P units combined to make a single 24P split chassis.
  • These chassis could now be mounted directly into a standard 24 pole board without any other customisation.


  • The NYBUS 630/800 Amp chassis comes with different phase colours available to suit the specific requirement of the standard you are conforming to. Size ranges from 12 poles to 72 poles.


  • Testing to all relevant AS/NZS – 61439 Standards.
